Welcome to Vfxwiz. By accessing our services for video editing, photo retouching, or graphic design, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
Vfxwiz provides digital creative services including but not limited to VFX, Reel editing, and brand design. A project is considered "active" once the initial requirements and raw assets are received.
Clients are required to pay a 50% advance for large projects. Final watermark-free files will be delivered only after the full payment is processed through our secure UPI or banking channels.
We offer up to 2 rounds of minor revisions for each project. Major changes in the project scope after the editing has begun may incur additional charges.
Once full payment is made, the final edited version of the project belongs to the client. However, Vfxwiz retains the right to use snippets of the work for promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
While we aim for fast delivery, timelines depend on the complexity of the VFX/Editing. We are not responsible for delays caused by late feedback or missing raw assets from the client's side.
