1. Information & Asset Collection
To provide you with our professional video editing, VFX, and graphic design services, we collect necessary project files (raw video, audio, logos, branding guidelines) and basic contact information (Name, Email, Phone Number). We only collect what is strictly required to execute and deliver your project successfully.
2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
- Strict Internal Access: Your files are accessible only to the primary editors and VFX artists assigned directly to your project.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We never sell, rent, or distribute your raw footage, personal data, or business concepts to any third-party marketing agencies or external contractors without explicit written permission.
- Portfolio Discretion: We respect intellectual property. We will never use your completed project in our public Vfxwiz portfolio, website, or social media (Instagram, YouTube) without obtaining your prior consent.
3. Data Security & File Deletion
All client assets are stored on secure, encrypted offline drives and trusted cloud servers during the editing process. Once your final project is delivered and approved, you hold the right to request a complete "Data Wipe." Upon request, we will permanently delete all raw files, project timelines, and rendered outputs from our studio systems. If no request is made, files are archived securely for 30 days to accommodate any future revisions before being automatically purged.
